SUPPORT AND DEVELOMPENT CLUB "MOM HAS WINGS"

Since late 2023, the Support and Development Club for Moms "Mom Has Wings" has been successfully operating for women raising children with disabilities and internally displaced persons. We create a women's circle for communication, experience exchange, and mutual support among club members. We provide psychological support. These meetings are very important for women who are in extremely difficult conditions exacerbated by the war in our country.
The club offers various activities for moms each week: painting workshops, nature therapy, neurographics sessions, art therapy, and more. These offline and online meetings with interesting people sharing their knowledge and experiences help women focus on the positive, find inspiration, and remember their wings - wings of faith and hope. We provide opportunities for women to try their hand at being trainers and support them in starting their own businesses. We already have great examples of our beneficiaries finding their path and inspiring others by their example. We have many exciting plans and are ready to bring them to life so that moms can have wings for growth and a joy-filled life.

Art Therapy for Children and Adults

Seeing something bright and beautiful in everyday things. Painting flowers during bombings. The NGO "Litay," as part of the "Mom Has Wings" club, and Maria Mukhameddinova conduct art therapy sessions for women and children. "Art therapy is not about the skill of painting. In fact, I've found that those who haven’t touched a paintbrush since school often do the best," says Maria. You can read more about Art therapy activities

Neurographics Session

Neurographics is a graphical method of transforming consciousness and art therapy. It is an excellent decision-making method that is simple, accessible, and effective. The essence of this method lies in the neurographic line, which is spontaneous and does not repeat itself along its path.
