Valentyna Uvarova
Founder and head of the Non-governmental organization "Litay"
An internally displaced person from Luhansk, she has a disabled child and a one-year-old child. In 2017, she started an initiative group, and in 2022 she registered a public organization that helps internally displaced mothers and mothers of children with disabilities.
"I know the problems and needs of our women; I went through a similar path. And now I can help them."
Olga Arseniy
Monitoring and evaluation manager
She has been with the "Litay" team since its inception. In 2014, she left occupied Donetsk with her family. She lived in Kyiv for eight years, and since 2018 she has participated in the initiative group "Club of Special Women". Currently, Olga temporarily lives in Germany, studies at the Ukrainian Institute of Creative Psychology, and conducts master classes for Ukrainian women who find themselves in difficult life conditions.

Julia Pozniak
SMM Manager
Julia joined the Litay team recently. Initially, she volunteered as a makeup artist for the winter dragon festival. Later, she took on SMM responsibilities after completing SMM specialist courses. Julia is a mom of three sons, has overcome cancer, and changed her profession after 40 years. Her life motto:
"From dream to action."

VOLUNTEERS
Our volunteers are the rays of the sun in the gloomy present. These are those who care about someone else's misfortune, whose hearts are full of love. Each of them generously shares their knowledge and skills, sparing neither time nor effort.
We are infinitely grateful to our volunteers for their sacrifice, enthusiasm, ability to support our female wards, to givepriceless - faith and hope for the best.
