PSYCHOLOGICAL HELP

Psychological support for women who raise children with disabilities or who are internally displaced persons is extremely important, because they face special challenges and stressful situations. Our Public Organization provides comprehensive support to mothers, including:
1. Psychological counseling in individual sessions with Olena Golovanova, who is a crisis and family psychologist, a practical psychologist.MAK Master, facilitator of training programs, games, and groups using MAK, co-author of the book on MAK techniques and the MAK deck 'Camerton,' and author of psychological therapeutic stories.
2. Since December 2023, parents raising children with disabilities and IDPs have been attending individual coaching sessions with Olga Golubeva.  3. At meetings with life coaches, our beneficiaries learn self-help strategies: self-care (recommendations for maintaining one's own health, including exercise, healthy eating, sleep and relaxation techniques), balanced life (it is important to find time for personal interests and rest)  4. Informational support is provided to our families through the Telegram chat of the NGO community "Litay".
We provide parents with access to up-to-date treatment information, support programs, and other resources that may be helpful.Providing support and understanding can significantly improve the quality of life of mothers raising children with disabilities or internally displaced persons. The principle guiding 'Litay' NGO is to approach each situation individually, considering the unique needs and circumstances of each person.
