The community was created to support women who decided to start their own business. Here we provide free consultations, share links to educational webinars, share our experiences and support each other in every way.

Сoaching

Starting from December 2023, our professional coach Olga Golubeva has been working with us on a permanent basis in NGO "Litay" and now in the "Mama has Wings" Club. Both our families and our volunteers can use her support.During this time, more than 30 coaching sessions have already been held, but the number of requests for coaching support continues to grow.If you need a consultation with Olga, fill out the form (the number of places per month is limited)

Assistance in receiving grant applications

We inform the beneficiaries of our organization about grant competitions, we help in writing a grant application in the format of individual consultation, we help in obtaining grants from our partners

Photography course 

The project, supported by the non-governmental organization "Crimea_SOS" and UNHCR, included a series of photography classes for internally displaced women and local residents. At this course women learned a new profession and improved their knowledge of photography. As a result of the project 10 women were trained, two of them started their own business in the area of professional photography.

Financial literacy trainings

At trainings, we teach women the basics of how to start their own business, create a project, and where to look for financial opportunities for start-up and development. We discuss how to learn how to present yourself and your business profitably. We share tips on where to look for grants, how to write applications and how to communicate with grant providers.
